Youngest bi-lateral hip resurfacing patient

According to Official Guinness Records,

David Fogarty (Australia) (b. 7 December 1988) underwent bi-lateral hip resurfacing on 26 November 2002 at the Sydney Adventist Hospital, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, aged 13 years 354 days.
The operation, carried out by Dr James Sullivan, used the Birmingham Hip Resurfacing technique (metal on metal)
