Tallest bread sculpture

According to Official Guinness Records,

The tallest sculpture made entirely from bread was 5.58m (18 ft 3.75 in) tall and was made by Ciril Hitz, Mitch Stamm and Robert Zielinski (all USA) at the Johnson and Wales University College of Culinary Arts in Providence, RI, USA, on 6 February 2010. The team was assited by students of the fauclty.
