According to Official Guinness Records,

The most water moved by a ladle (spoon) in 30 seconds is 1,300 ml (47.75 UK fl oz), achieved by Himika Funabashi (Japan) at Tokyo Midtown, in Minato, Tokyo, Japan, on 4 May 2015. Kaito tried for at least three days to get a record in several different challenges and finally succeeded in getting the current record.
