According to Official Guinness Records,

The most rotations hung from the neck of another person in 30 seconds on rollerblades is 102 and was achieved by Wang Liu Chen and Wang Chen Yu (both China) from Shenyang Jinying Youth Acrobatics Troupe on the set of CCTV- Guinness World Records Special in Jiangyin, Jiangsu, China on 11 January 2015.The pair were successful on their first attempt.
