According to Official Guinness Records,

The most consecutive stairs climbed on the head is 36 and was achieved by Li Longlong (China) on the set of CCTV - Guinness World Records Special in Jiangyin, Jiangsu, China on 5 January 2015. Li beat his own record of 34 during the TV show. This is his previous attempt:
