According to Official Guinness Records,

The most people singing in a round in multiple venues is 2,200 and was achieved by Tsunagaru Project/Nippon Telegraph and Telephone West Corporation (Japan) at 10 venues across Japan, and certified at the IMP Hall in Osaka, Japan, on 8 December 2012.
