Largest hiyashi chūka

According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest hiyashi chuka weighed 102 kg (224 lb 13 oz) and was achieved by Jin Corporation (Japan) at Machinaka Hiroba, Fukushima, Fukushima, Japan, on 29 July 2012.
The event was organised to promote cucumbers from Fukushima. The serving dish measured 1.8 m (5 ft 10 in) in diameter. Ingredients included 45 kg (99 lb 3 oz) noodles, 28 kg (61 lb 11 oz) sauce, 4 kg (8 lb 13 oz) cucumbers, 3.5 kg (7lb 11 oz) jelly fish, 5 kg (11 lb) lettuce, 2.5 kg (5 lb 8 oz) tomatoes, 1.5 kg (3 lb 4 oz) ginger, 6.5 kg (14 lb 5 oz) chicken and 6.5 kg (14 lb 5 oz) ham.
