Most people performing sign language

According to Official Guinness Records,

The most people performing sign language involved 8,054 participants and was achieved by Yan Chai Hospital, Tin Yan Community Care Association and Link of Volunteers (all Hong Kong) in Hong Kong, China, on 1 November 2014.
