Most electrical energy generated by pedalling on bicycles in 24 hours

According to Official Guinness Records,

The most electrical energy generated by pedalling on bicycles in 24 hours is 31,399.31 watt hours and was achieved by The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (Hong Kong) at their premises in Hong Kong, China, on 11-12 September 2014. They used 48 different bikes to generate the electricity.
