According to Official Guinness Records,

In 2005, Brazil had an estimated total forest cover of 477,698,000 hectares (1,844,400 miles²), representing 57.2% of the country's area. In second place was the Democratic Republic of Congo, with 133,610,000 hectares (515,871 miles²), representing 58.9% of the country's area.
Brazil is the most forested country in terms of actual land area covered by forest;however, the Cook Islands are the most forested country in terms of percentage of the country as a whole.Pic: Alamy
