According to Official Guinness Records,
The most touches of a football in 30 seconds while keeping the ball in the air is 252 by Parker Kuklinski (USA) at the Portsmouth High School Gym in Portsmouth, Rhode Island, USA, on 12 April 2010.
Kuklinksi filmed his attempt with a high-speed camera that recorded the normally 30-frames-per-second video to a speed of 12 frames per second, and set his attempt up against a backlit wall. This allowed for super slow-motion viewing of his attempt plus the ability to view light between the ball and his foot. He achieved the record as part of a high school senior project, invoking the assistance of a mechanical engineer and research scientist from the Naval Undersea Warfare Center as his stewards and witnesses.
