According to Official Guinness Records,

The most darts in inner and outer bullseyes in one minute is 15, achieved by James Wade (UK), in Cardiff, UK, on 23 September 2016. The attempt took place at the Motorpoint Arena, in connection with the Unibet Champions League of Darts 2016 organised by PDC (UK). Eight of the world's best darts players competed for the record.
