According to Official Guinness Records,

The most countries played in by a basketball team is 120 by the Harlem Globetrotters (USA) from 1926 to 2010.
The Globetrotters have played in countries from A (Algeria, Andorra, Angola, Argentina, Australia, Austria) to Z (Zambia, Zimbabwe) and have visited every continent except Antarctica.
