According to Official Guinness Records,

David Rosdeitcher, who has memorized over 40,000 zip codes in the USA, was able to correctly identify the addresses of 36 consecutive zip codes randomly selected by computer on Guinness World Records: Primetime, Los Angeles, USA on 12 March 2001.
