According to Official Guinness Records,

The most consecutive wins of the UEFA Europa League is three, achieved by Sevilla F.C. (Spain). Sevilla won consecutive titles in the 2013-14, 2014-15, and 2015-16 seasons.Sevilla's latest win came in the 3-1 victory against Liverpool F.C., at St. Jakob-Park in Basel, Switzerland, on 18th May 2016. Sevilla also hold the record for the most wins of the UEFA Europa League which stands at five.
