According to Official Guinness Records,

The most consecutive times to hit a target with a paper aircraft are 13 and were achieved by Fumihiro Uno (Japan) at the Castem Co. Ltd offices in Fukuyama, Japan, on 6 January 2010.
The distance between the trower and the bucket was 3 m (9 ft 10 in).
