According to Official Guinness Records,

The most lenses on a photographic camera is 158, achieved by Dr. Yoshiro Ishino (Japan) at Nagoya Institute of Technology, Nagoya, Japan and verified on 24 November 2009.
The camera is a semicircular frame with lenses along its inside edge.
