According to Official Guinness Records,

The most consecutive elbow hops is 187, achieved by Takahiro Igarashi aka Ashitaka (Japan), in Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan, on 24 November 2016. Ashitaka also holds a record for the most one-hand jumps/hops (breakdance). Read more: Japanese breakdancing champion takes on hand hops world records
