According to Official Guinness Records,

The most UEFA Champions League appearances by a goalkeeper is 168, achieved by Iker Casillas (Spain) playing for Real Madrid from 1999 to 2015 and Porto from 2015 to 2017. Casillas also holds the record for the youngest goalkeeper to appear in a Champions League final when he appeared for Real Madrid against Valencia at the age of 19 years and 4 days. He kept a clean sheet in the match resulting in Real winning 3-0.
