According to Official Guinness Records,

The most bicycle wheelie hops in 30 seconds is 75 and was achieved by Andrei Burton (UK) at the Prudential RideLondon FreeCycle in Green Park, London, on 30 July 2016. This was one of three records achieved by Andrei at the 2016 Prudential RideLondon FreeCycle.
