According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest un-regenerated terrestrial fibre optic link is 10,358.16 km (6,436.26 mi) and was achieved by Telstra Corporation (Australia) with their link between Perth and Melbourne, Australia, as verified on 13 February 2015.The signal was successfully transmitted the entire distance between Melbourne and Perth and back again without any regeneration.
