The longest marathon hugging is 32 hr 32 min 32 sec and was achieved by Benjamin Kannenberg and Benjamin Thompson (both USA) in Norman, Oklahoma, USA, on 17-18 October 2015.Benjamin and Benjamin came up with this record attempt while they were procrastinating during their freshman year of university at the University of Oklahoma.
