According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest acquisition of a technology company is approximately $67 billion (£43 billion;€59 billion) and was agreed by Dell Inc. (USA) to acquire the computer storage company EMC Corporation (USA) on 12 October 2015. The acquisition is reported to be completed by a combination of cash and stock.Under the terms of the agreement, EMC shareholders would receive a total combined consideration of $33.15 per EMC share and the total transaction would be valued at approximately $67 billion.
