According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest unbeaten run for matches played at home by a football manager is nine years by Jose Mourinho (Portugal) managing Porto (Portugal), Chelsea (UK), Inter Milan (Italy) and Real Madrid (Spain) from 22 February, 2002, to 19 February, 2011.
