According to Official Guinness Records,

The farthest distance bicycle wheelie in one hour is 25.86 km (16.07 miles) and was achieved by Richard Flanagan (USA), in Edgewater, Maryland, USA on 29 May 2016. Richard beat the record that was set in June of 2014 to achieve this new Guinness World Records title.
