The most eyebrows threaded in one hour by an individual is 53 pairs, achieved by Reema Khan (India), in Los Angeles, California, USA, on 21 May 2016. This attempt took place at the Los Angeles Ultimate Women's Expo in the Los Angeles Convention Center and was done to raise money for charities focused on women's empowerment.
