Largest serving of fish and chips

According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest serving of fish and chips is 54.99 kg (121 lb 3oz) and was made by Resorts World Birmingham (UK), in Birmingham, UK, on 9 February 2018. The uncooked fish fillet of Halibut weighed 27. 83 kg (61 lb 5 oz) with the uncooked weight of the chips being slightly less than twice the weight of the uncooked fish.The fish and chips were made by Chef Cristian Genete and his team.
