According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest photo book measures 45.00 m² (484 ft² 64 in²) and was created by fbb (India) a Future Group brand, in Mumbai, India, on 24 November 2016. The book has 16 inner pages, plus two cover pages. The length is 8.204 m and height is 5.486 m. The book weighs 24 tons and 280 kgs.
