According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest parade of toy red wagons is 288 participants and was achieved at an event organized by Community Partners of Dallas (USA) in the Wilson Historic District in Dallas, Texas, USA on 31 January 2015.Many of the toy red wagons in the parade contained toys and gifts for children that receive the support of Community Partners of Dallas.
