The largest collection of tooth fairy related items consists of 463 items, and is owned by Anthony Kamp (USA), as verified in Edgewood, Kentucky, USA, on 26 September 2015. One of Anthony's favourite items is a book by Jason Alexander titled "Dad, are you the Tooth Fairy?", which was given to him by his children.
