Largest noodle-making lesson

According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest noodle-making lesson consists of 324 participants, and was achieved by Junior Chamber International Urasoe (Japan) in Urasoe, Okinawa, Japan, on 9 September 2017.The lesson lasted over 2 hours and was to learn how to make Okinawa-soba which is Okinawa's local food.
