According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest make-up application lesson involved 355 people, achieved by NARIS COSMETICS CO.,LTD. (Japan), in Urayasu, Chiba, Japan, on 12 February 2017. The lesson revolved around the application of make up to the eyes, the t-zone, and the lips.
