Largest barefoot walk

According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest barefoot walk consisted of 7,050 participants and was organised by National Service Scheme (NSS) Cell of Acharya Nagarjuna University (India) in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India, on 12 December 2012.
Record attempt was carried out to create awareness about importance of walking and importance of barefoot walking at least once a month.
