According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest audience at a magic performance is 38,503, achieved by the Ehrlich Brothers (Germany), in Frankfurt, Germany, on 11 June 2016. The record attempt took place at the Commerzbank Arena. The show lasted three hours in total.
