The highest ranking sheep is Lance Corporal Derby XXX (UK), who was promoted to Lance Corporal, at Dale Barracks, Chester, UK, on 1 September 2015.Lance Corporal Derby XXX is a member of the Mercian Regiment, and was promoted from being a Private, by the Colonel of the regiment;Brigadier Andrew Williams.
