Highest pole vault (female) (outdoors)

According to Official Guinness Records,

The highest pole vault by a woman is 5.06 metres (16 foot 7 inches), achieved by Yelena Isinbayeva (Russia) in Zürich, Switzerland, on 28 August 2009. It was the 17th time Isinbayeva had set a new record in the outdoor event since 13 July 2003.
