According to Official Guinness Records,

The greatest distance by aquabike (jet ski) in 6 hours was 507.2 km (315.16 mi) by Francisco Javier Perez De La Hoz (Spain) in Zaragoza, Spain, on 23 April 2011. De La Hoz completed 127 laps of a circuit that ran between the Club Nautico de Zaragoza and the Pasarela Manterola de Zaragoza.
Of the six hours, 5 hr 28 min 33 sec were spent riding the jet ski and the remainder was spent on resting/refueling.
