First person to climb the Seven Summits and cross the Seven Seas

According to Official Guinness Records,

The first person to climb the Seven Summits and cross the Seven Seas by sailboat was Martin Frey (USA), who climbed the highest mountain on each continent between 21 August 2005 and 5 December 2012 and crossed the Seven Seas between 25 February 2013 and 17 April 2016. In the process, Martin reached the top of Kilimanjaro (Africa), Denali (North America), Aconcagua (South America), Everest (Asia), Elbrus (Europe), Carstensz Pyramid and Kosciuszko (Oceania) and Vinson (Antarctica), and crossed the North Atlantic, South Pacific, Indian Ocean and South Atlantic as captain and the Southern Ocean, Arctic Ocean and North Pacific as a crew member, only using engine power when sailing was not possible.
