According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest time to change all four wheels on a road car is 58.43 seconds, achieved by Reifen Umert GmbH & Co. KG (Germany), in Miltenberg & Wertheim, Germany, on 12 September 2015. The attempt was made to raise publicity for Reifen Umert.
