According to Official Guinness Records,

The tallest stack of tyres is 6.14 m (20 ft 1.73 in), achieved by Reifen Umert GmbH & Co. KG (Germany), in Miltenberg & Wertheim, Germany, on 12 September 2015.The stack used 30 tyres.
