According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest time to shoot 10 arrows into a 40 cm target from an 18 m distance is 1 min 0.5 sec and was achieved by Hamish Murray (UK) in Swindon, UK, on 5 September 2015. Hamish used a 62 lb longbow with 32 inch arrows for this record-breaking attempt.
