According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest time to play a complete 18-hole round of golf on six continents is 119 hr 48 min by Heinrich du Preez (South Africa) between 22-27 May 2007.
He started at noon (SA time) Woodhill GC, Pretoria, SA, then Neuhof GC in Germany, San Elison GC in Argentina, Trump National GC in USA, East Lake GC in Australia, finishing at 11.48 (SA time) at Bangkok GC in Thailand.
