According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest time to peel and eat an orange blindfolded (team of two) is 17.15 seconds, and was achieved by Dinesh Upadhyaya and Manish Upadhyaya (both India), in Goregaon, Mumbai, India, on 5 March 2014.Manish peeled while Dinesh did the eating.Science teacher Dinesh also holds the record for the most lit candles in the mouth (12), most dice caught (in cupped hands) in 30 seconds while blindfolded (43) and most oranges peeled and eaten in three minutes (6).
