Fastest swim long course relay 4 x 100 metres freestyle (female)

According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest long course 4 x 100 metres freestyle relay by a female team is 3 minutes 30.05 seconds, achieved by Cate Campbell, Emma McKeon, Bronte Campbell and Shayna Jack (all Australia), at the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, on 5 April 2018. The Australian team beat their own record of 3:30.65, set at the 2016 Rio Olympics.
