According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest marathon pushing a pram (male) is 2 hr 31 min 22 sec and was achieved by Calum Neff (Canada) at the 2016 Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, on 16 October 2016.Calum pushed his four-year-old daughter Alessandra and beat the previous record by 11 minutes. He was also the 5th overall Canadian to finish the marathon race.Calum is also the current record holder for the fastest half marathon pushing a pram.
