The fastest half marathon wearing a shalwar kameez (male) is 1 hr 30 min 23 secs, achieved by Rakshith Shetty (India) in Bangalore, India, on 4 December 2016. Rakshith broke this record at the same time as breaking our record for the fastest half marathon in flip flops.
