Fastest half marathon as a whoopee cushion

According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest half marathon as a whoopee cushion is 1 hr 22 min 44 sec and was achieved by Rakshith Shetty (India) at the Nirabhaya Midnight Marathon in Bangalore, India, on 30 April 2016. Rakshith wore a bright pink whoopee costume for this attempt.
