According to Official Guinness Records,

The most people to complete CPR training in 24 hours is 28,015 and was achieved by Saveetha University (India), in Chennai, India, on 7 April 2016. The attempt was organized by Saveetha University in Chennai, India and successfully completed in 8 hours and 8 minutes, training 28,015 people. The attempt was organized on World Health Day to spread awareness and knowledge about CPR as a part of their 'Save a life' campaign.
