Fastest 50 m while balancing a ping pong ball on a bat

According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest 50 m whilst balancing a ping pong ball on a bat is 8.604 seconds and was achieved by Raymond Butler (USA) on the set of Officially Amazing at RAF Bentwaters, UK, on 2 July 2015. Raymond just beat his fellow competitor Mr Cherry by 2/10ths of a second.
