Fastest 100 m carrying a 100 lb pack

According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest 100 m carrying a 100-lb pack is 16.85 seconds and was achieved by Piotr Kieres (Poland) at Saffron Lane Athletics Stadium in Leicester, Leicestershire, UK, on 17 June 2013.
Mr Kieres made his attempt to raise money for a local charity, Wishes4kids, and to try and inspire youngsters at nearby St Crispin's School. Amongst the many well wishers who attended the attempt were Leicester-based multiple Guinness World Records holders Asha Rani and Manjit Singh. Mr Kieres now joins them as a member of the Guinness World Records family.
